"Piwi Sour | Crafted Pour"

"I swear that this wasn’t going to be so complicated. It was supposed to be a simple sour highlighting the kiwi infused Pisco. It still does but I got a little carried away with the modifiers, I can admit it. Was it worth it? Absolutely! The bitter touches help balance the sweetness of the chartreuse falernum and pineapple syrup, and the creme to menthe brings the green, and the menthol, to the next level. This was honestly delicious, maybe moreso for the fact of its complicated nature, with the light touches the only restraint I showed here. Even thogh Kiwi is a mild flavor I used my iSi Gourmet Whipper to extract every last drop of flavor so it is present, even with the powerful additions and the really delicious pineapple syrup. Fruity, sweet, a little bitter and herbal and wonderfully foamy, I can highly recommend this one as a winner.", "undefined", "Piwi Sour",
