Thanksgiving leftover cocktails with cranberry sauce are nice, but this refreshing drink is just as good! I wasn’t sure about the balsamic vinegar and amaretto together, but it turned out well.
Ingredients:
- Shadow Ridge Bourbon Whiskey
- Amaretto
Instructions:
1. Shake everything except for the sparkling wine with ice
2. Strain into an ice filled high ball glass
3. top off with sparkling wine
4. garnish with a lemon wheel, dehydrated fig, and mint leaves
5. enjoy!
