Happy #StPatricksDay! I couldn’t let the day pass without mixing up a green Irish whiskey drink. I went savory with this Shamrock Mule by incorporating celery and bay leaf. Yes, a savory mule. About as rare as finding the pot of gold, a four-leaf clover, or catching a leprechaun, a little Irish luck and some tasty ingredients helped pull this one off.
Ingredients:
- Irish Whiskey
- Lime Juice
Instructions:
Add ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into chilled glass with ice. Top with ginger beer (about 2 oz). Garnish with bay leaf clover.
