"In Sliving Color | Crafted Pour"

"For Christmas this year, my brother gave me a bottle of 100-proof Slivovitz and challenged me to make a cocktail with it. I loved the plum flavor of the brandy, and felt that it would pair nicely with sweeter herbal liqueurs, and I wanted liqueurs in colorful bottles. I chose yellow Chartreuse and Bénédictine for their relative sweetness, the Pavan for its colorful bottle and complementary yet complex flavor, and Domaine de Canton for a bit of ginger punch. For lengthening and fizziness, I topped my cocktail with Goslings Ginger Beer. I found that the sweetness of the liqueurs tempered the spice of the ginger beer, and made for a delightful cocktail. This was a successful experiment in my book! Cheers!", "undefined", "In Sliving Color",
