"I was never really a cranberry kinda gal, which is weird because I love tart flavors. Maybe it’s because cranberries look like mini cherry tomatoes (not a tomato fan). Over the years, I’ve come around on cranberries especially in cocktails. I even made a cranberry sangria for Thanksgiving that my family seemed to enjoy. I figured if I could change my mind about cranberries then I could certainly change my mind on vodka. What better way to find out than a cranberry-vodka infusion to make a more complex vodka cran cocktail! Improvising the infusion components was fun and the final result is a light, refreshing, holiday drink for even us non-vodka drinkers. I’m still not a big cranberry gal but I think I am on my way. What’s your favorite cranberry cocktail? Cheers!

Ingredients:
- Two Eagles Prospect Vodka
- White Cranberry Juice
Instructions:
Vodka Infusion: (do this step first)
Add cranberries, kaffir lime leaves, orange slices (dehydrated works best but fresh can work if being consumed sooner), honey, and vodka to a sealable container. I love these Crew Supply bottles since their bottoms unscrew for easier infusions. Shake and let sit at least 4 hours. I let mine sit overnight. Ratios can be eyeballed and adjusted to taste.
Cocktail:
Pour 2oz of infused vodka into rocks glass over large ice cube. Add a splash of white cranberry juice (red will also work). Top with tonic water and stir. Garnish with cranberries.
