Will it old fashion? I have done a Jet Pilot Old Fashioned before but this time wanted to see how smoking it would do.
Ingredients:
- Dark Jamaican Rum
- Overproof Demerara Rum
Instructions:
Spritz a chilled double old fashioned glass with absinthe. Smoke the glassware with applewood. In a mixing glass combine the rest of the ingredients. Add cracked ice to your mixing glass and stir for 30-45 seconds. Drop a large cube into your rinsed and smoked glassware. Strain the cocktail over the large cube.
