"This cocktail was inspired by a 'Martini' that we made at a Christmas party. We didn't have any Vermouth so we subbed in some Green Chartreuse and it turned out surprisingly good. I decided to throw in just a splash of Vermouth here just to help balance it out. A nice citrus forward London Dry Gin provides some contrast to the herbal Chartreuse and Absinthe and the spicy Celery Bitters. I'm actually not a huge fan of Martinis but I could drink this all day!
