"Butterfly pea blossoms are a wonderful way to add color to a cocktail without changing the flavor too much, but that tiny bit of earthiness from a quick infusion goes well with this spiced pear Margarita. I had one of these sans purple and served long at @portaasburypark the other night and while I was taste testing Fernet cocktails for a competition with my bitter enjoying friends, I made one of these for my much less bitter enjoying boyfriend. Of course we all had a taste and it was incredible. Dry curaçao and agave syrup are becoming a favorite combo for margaritas instead of syrupy triple sec. St George’s Spiced Pear is so incredible I could use it in any style drink, any time and be happy about it. Overall this is a beautiful color and delicious margarita riff you can enjoy any time but really hits right in the winter over pizza, Catan, or working out a super important competition.",
