"Gimlet | Crafted Pour"

"Happy National Cocktail Day! I figured this was a good time to shake up the cocktail that got me started down the road of craft cocktails, the humble Gimlet. There are thousands of variations of this cocktail, from store bought lime cordial to home made, flavored syrups, infusions, to this 3-ingredient specimen I was first introduced to about five years ago. I had been drinking Rum and Diet’s for the preceeding years, not really a huge drinker overall (except when jello shots got involved) when I started getting pushed and prodded to try some more elevated cocktails. I picked up quite a few different cocktails that I hated (Negroni 1-20) but the Gimlet was a smash hit for me. From my first Gimlet to my first egg white Whiskey Sour they were all I ever wanted. I couldn’t believe I liked drinking Gin! Fast forward to now and you won’t find many three ingredient cocktails from me, but here’s to simplicity every once in a while!", "undefined", "Gimlet",
