"Almond Desert Bird | Crafted Pour"

"Ad/ For this riff I wanted to throw some of BG Reynolds’s awesome orgeat in with a Jungle Bird. I decided to go to the Desert with it, though Bozal Ensamble is definitely more vegetal. This is one of my favorite variations of the now-classic bird template, bringing Orgeat in as the sweetener to give a nutty and abundently tasty elevation to what’s already an amazing cocktail. Jamaican Rum brings a little funk to mix with the mezcal and Campari, and I seem to have juiced this pineapple at the peak moment cause it’s the best pineapple juice I’ve ever tasted. The Ango and Orleans bitters up the spice a bit and rounds this out into a delicious and pretty pink drink. Fun fact: I nearly changed my Instagram handle to something like Jersey Bird because I’m from Jersey (that means the middle finger over here) and I can’t get enough of Jungle Bird riffs. I think it’s my favorite cocktail spec and I don’t say that lightly. Cheers!", "undefined", "Almond Desert Bird",
