"The Lost City | Crafted Pour"

"This cocktail is my submission to NUDE Glassware Simple is Beautiful Summer Mixology Competition, and is named after Machu Picchu. The theme of the competition is summer time and simple is beautiful so I wanted to make a light and refreshing, tropical stirred cocktail using one of my favourite Nick & Nora glasses, the Nude Savage Pony glass I've always found Pisco to be very light but still bold enough to stand up in cocktails so I started with that. I wanted to add some spice notes to really give it that tropical feel so I infused it with fresh ginger, coriander, cardamom and cloves. Some Pale Cream Sherry and Crème de Pêche bring sweetness and fruity notes with Benedictine and Amargo Chuncho bitters adding some depth For the Spiced Pisco you're going to infuse 375ml of Pisco with - 4 quarter sized pieces of fresh ginger - 1.5tbsp of coarsely ground coriander - 10 whole cloves - seeds from 10 cardamom pods For 4 hours then strain through a coffee filter", "undefined", "The Lost City ",
