It really allows some of the whiskey flavors to open up and presents the liquor in a much more approachable format. I’ve also sweetened it up a bit for this drink so that the rich notes of stone fruit and vanilla come through even more elegantly.  Ingredients: - Hirsch The Horizon Straight Bourbon - Ginger Syrup Instructions: Pour the whiskey into a highball glass along with the ginger syrup and stir briefly. Add ice. Top with club soda and dip the barspoon a couple of times into the drink to integrate the ingredients. Add dashes of lavender bitters. Enjoy! Refreshing,Easy to Make,Originals,Fizzy
