When there is sun outside the evening calls for pineapple and coconut!
Since I've apparently become a sucker for coconut I could not resist this beauty.
Ingredients:
- Pineapple Juice
- Blue Curaçao
Instructions:
This one can't be more easy to serve to your guests.
Add all ingredients in a shaker and shake. Double strain (if the coconut milk is cloudy or if you by any chance want to shake with ice) and then serve in a large glass with smaller ice cubes or crushed ice.
