"Tomasello's blueberry moscato has a taste that straight up reminds me of candy. There's something almost bubbleminty about it. It's got a pleasant aftertaste, and that's something that I feel like I take for granted with many drinks. If I can describe a drink as being fruity without being sweet, that's what this is. Like, imagine the fruit juice, but diluted (like with a plump blueberry). Very refreshing and with a surprisingly pleasant evolution as well. During this particular stream, this was my favorite drink of the evening, and I kept it with me behind the bar as we mixed with the rest of the wines that Kier provided for us to try! Add a few blueberries then top with sparkling water (watch how to sit upon the ice and start to bubble!) Finish the garnish with a citrus wheel and add extra simple syrup to taste if necessary.
