"Black Yegolè | Crafted Pour"

"Mezcal Vago Elote is made in Calendaria Yegolè, Oaxaca, and is typically reserved for special occasions. Since I made this drink for my first ever reel I think this is pretty special! I wanted to make a Mezcal Manhattan but thought the Black Manhattan template would work better with the sub, and it definitely works really well! This is a delicious and smokey cocktail, with just the faintest hint of chocolate elevating the bitter orange and toasted corn flavors. A touch of agave syrup, while atypical, brings in a bit more sweetness to help balance out the very strong profile of the mezcal. Check out my first ever reel to see me stirring and smoking this one up! Link below", "undefined", "Black Yegolè",
