Today we are using their Rice Whiskey.
Yup....Whiskey distilled from rice!
The rice gives this Whiskey a lovely aftertaste. Kind of like that taste you get from drinking Sake.
Since this is a non-traditional Whiskey, we thought it would be a good idea to pair a non-traditional Whiskey drink ingredient with it. Lychee. It turned out lovely! ",

Ingredients:
- Shadow Ridge Rice Whiskey
- Lychee Juice
Instructions:
Build all ingredients in a cocktail Shaker. Shake and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange Twist.
