"Here in SoCal, we are blessed with a plethora of amazing distilleries. One of our favorites is Shadow Ridge. Recently we made a post using their Single Malt Whiskey. (American Single Malts are criminally underrated) Today we are using their Rice Whiskey. Yup....Whiskey distilled from rice! The rice gives this Whiskey a lovely aftertaste. Kind of like that taste you get from drinking Sake. Since this is a non-traditional Whiskey, we thought it would be a good idea to pair a non-traditional Whiskey drink ingredient with it. Lychee.
