"Tropical Thanksgiving Cocktail | Crafted Pour"

"It’s Thanksgiving time which means it’s insane travel time. For the past decade +, we have traveled back to Cleveland to be with family. Previously, traveling from Michigan to Ohio is no big deal. A three-hour car ride on the I-80 turnpike or a leisurely drive on Route 2 for more scenery (minus the nuclear power plant we have to drive past). Now, our journey takes an entire day to get from SoCal to Cleveland. Get up early, deal with airport insanity, pray our flight is not delayed out of LAX or we will miss our connection, and then shoehorn into a plane for seven hours. Oh, and then there is the hour-long commute from Hopkins to the East Side to finally reach our destination. Oy! Don’t get me wrong. I love my family and look forward to seeing them, so the rigmarole is worth it. I just sometimes wish we were all heading somewhere tropical for Thanksgiving. Turkey in Turks and Caicos, anyone? No? Ah well…to the Midwest I go! Cheers!", "undefined", "Tropical Thanksgiving Cocktail",
