Holiday honey syrup recipe:
Combine 2/3 cup honey, 1/2 cup water and a rosemary sprig in a small saucepan on medium heat. Stir regularly. Remove from heat just before boiling point. Stir in 1 cinnamon stick, 1 tsp. allspice berries and 1/2 tsp. black peppercorn. Let steep for 1 hour, then strain and bottle. Keep refrigerated up to 6 weeks.",

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and add ice. Shake well then fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a pear fan.
