I don’t typically go for vodka, but this one I liked—floral, herbal, and smooth. UNA vodka made me reconsider my original base spirit to create this take on a Paloma/gimlet, using prosecco, grapefruit peels, & lychee liqueur to add complexity.
Ingredients:
- UNA Vodka
- Cocchi Rosa
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to the tin, shake, and strain over a big ice cube in a rocks glass with a salted rim.
The grapefruit Prosecco cordial is made from the peels of one grapefruit and 16 oz prosecco. Add the peels to the prosecco and let it sit for 4 hours. Add 16 oz cane sugar. Stir and strain.
* You’re going to want to try and stir as many bubbles out of that Prosecco as you can and let sit without a lid for the infusing process.
