It’s been a weird week in the UP.

Ingredients:
- Chakra Vodka (Non-Flavored)
- Simple Syrup (Recipe)
Instructions:
On a board, light your cinnamon stick until it glows and invert your glass over it. In a mixing glass, add vodka, syrup, lemon, peeled clementine, and rosemary. Muddle until the clementine is fully juiced. Flip your glass, add large ice cubes (mine had flowers frozen in them- rose petals and calendula), and double strain your mix over the ice. Top with soda and garnish with the burnt cinnamon stick and a fresh sprig of rosemary. Enjoy!
