A Bees Knees riff - kicking myself for missing the official week for this cocktail but ehh life happens. Gin, lemon, and honey are all heat with the inclusion of pear and elderflower. It hits all the similar notes of a bees knees but the elderflower and honey soften the edges and you pick up the pear and cinnamon notes on the finish. Hope you like it 🤙

Ingredients:
- Adventure Series Gin
- St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill and strain into a chilled coup glass. Yes I know you’re supposed to shake drinks with citrus juice, but in all honesty I was lazy and didn’t have a clean set of shaker tins. It’ll be fine 🤙🤙
