Been trying to come up with some nice flavors to go well with some blueberry/raspberry syrup and since I am a sucker for vanilla vodka so that combo was the starting point. Made a few variations but found this to be the one I enjoyed the most after adding some sage as garnish and the slight bitterness from the Campari. Ingredients: - Vanilla Vodka - Blueberry/Raspberry Syrup Instructions: The syrup is a 1:1 sugar and water syrup and just let it simmer a bit on the stove letting the sugar dissolve. Then I just crush some blueberries and raspberries in the mix. Done and done. I always infuse a half vanilla bean to get the round vanilla flavor to my vodka. Just let it sit for a few days and it will be yummy. Add everything in the shaker with the sage leaves and muddle it a bit. Shake with ice to chill. Serve over a nice large clear ice cube and enjoy.
