One of the passengers asked, “Is this Brazilian coffee?" To which Sheridan replied, 'No, it’s Irish coffee!" Or at least so the story goes, based on the many reliable internet sources I read.

Ingredients:
- Coffee
- Irish Whiskey
Instructions:
In a mug add syrup, salt, whiskey and coffee. Stir in Chocolate Cream and top with heavy cream. Garnish with some edible gold leaf and enjoy!
