This is a whisky sour with a comfort food twist and it is so yummy. The simple syrup is replaced by the jelly. The lemon and peanut butter flavour go together surprisingly well.

Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey

Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Add jelly to the bottom of a rocks glass and add a large ice cube. In a shaker, add whiskey, lemon juice, and egg whites. Dry shake (no ice), then add a large ice cube and shake until chilled. Double strain into the rock glass. Serve with a straw and use the straw as a stir stick to combine the jelly.
