I wanted to do a version of a Clover Club, with a rose hip and raspberry syrup. Well too late I realized my rose hips were cranberries 😂. So I switched gears and made a cranberry forward syrup.

Ingredients: - Wilde Irish Gin - Raspberry-cranberry Syrup Instructions: Dry shake all ingredients except sparkling wine. Add ice, shake to chill. Strain into a coupe glass, top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon slice. Light & Refreshing,Shaken,Bubbly
