"Hello friends! Today's cocktail was a bit of a fail in the execution, and doesn't really resemble an unhealthy brain except near the bottom of the glass where the strawberry syrup has settled. It isn't evident from the picture, but I can see the resemblance. However, this is a great pairing of Amarula and one of Rose's new syrups! Everyone knows Rose's makes grenadine and a sweetened lime juice, but they also make a simple syrup, and now they make blueberry syrup, peach syrup, and strawberry syrup! I picked up the blueberry, peach, and strawberry syrups when I saw them at the liquor store a couple months ago, and today was my chance to use the strawberry! The strawberry syrup adds a nice little hint of sweetness and helps to round the Amarula out very nicely. This is a great drink! Cheers!",
