I've recently been watching the original Spiderman movies. Ever since I was a kid I've always liked the villains more than the heroes in superhero movies. The Green Goblin is probably one of my favourites next to the Joker. So here's my green themed cocktail in honour of the Green Goblin.
Ingredients:
- Green Chartreuse
- Mezcal
Instructions:
Muddle the Cardamom pods in a shaker tin. Add the kiwi and muddle again. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a crushed ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with mint sprig and lime zest and serve with a straw
Note* I do a scant 0.5oz/0.25oz of the Falernum and Agave syrup. Otherwise it's a bit cloying
