I wanted to create an elevated, fancier take on the classic Cuba Libre using a combination of rum and amari.

El Dorado 15 Year Demerara Rum

Amaro Averna
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in mixing glass, and stir over ice to partial-dilution. Strain into chilled double rocks glass over one large ice cube. No garnish.
