It’s many of my Sweetheart Valentine’s favorite things in a glass. This recipe makes two (it is for Valentines Day), so no need to double it. Ingredients: - White Rum - Maraschino Liqueur Instructions: For the drink: 2 oz white rum 1 oz Maraschino liqueur 2 bar spoons creme de cacao 2 bar spoons cocktail cherry syrup 4 dashes bitters 2 scoops coconut cream Put ingredients together in a shaker and shake with ice until cold. Double strain to remove ice shards and lumps of coconut. For the tuille: 1/4 cup neutral oil 1/4 cup beet juice for red, milk for white 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup gf flour (my Valentine is gluten free) Add to a squeeze bottle and shake to combine. Heat a pan over medium heat until it water drops dance. Squeeze your desired shape into the pan— not too thickly— and allow to fry until edges start to brown.
