"The Elder Rambutan | Crafted Pour"

"Southern California is turning into a distillery powerhouse. Everywhere we look people are using local ingredients to make incredible spirits. Oh, we are so on board! Why do we have to ship Gin halfway around the world when we can make an even better tasting product right here in our own backyard? These are the thoughts that came to our mind when we sipped yet another incredible local spirit, this time from @old_harbor They were kind enough to ship us a bottle of their Southwestern Gin which is distilled with locally grown lime, cucumber, cilantro, and sage. To say that this is a perfect summer gin would be an understatement. Would this make a mean gin and tonic or summer martini? OH YA! But guess what, it also works amazingly well in one of our own signature cocktails, The Elder Rambutan. The exotic flavor of the rambutan plays so well with the sage and cilantro notes of the gin. It's one of our favorite creations and will probably never come off our mobile bartending menu. Enjoy!", "undefined", "The Elder Rambutan",
