Ingredients: - Pisco - Lemon Juice Instructions: Add the pisco, lemon juice, simple syrup and the egg white in a shaker and shake it hard so you get some nice froth. Add ice and shake to chill. Strain and pour into glass then add some bitters on top of the foam and do some fancy art with a toothpick or a cocktail skewer. For the simple syrup you add equal parts sugar and water in a pot and heat up so the sugar dissolves then let it cool down before using it. Essentials,Sours
