"Honey Badger | Crafted Pour"

"I've been trying out a lot of local distilleries lately and one that has caught my eye is Burwood Distillery. They make a bunch of great honey distillates sourced from a farm just outside of Calgary Being a huge fan of rum I just had to try their Honey Rhum. While technically not a rum, their description of the product is spot on. Very similar profile to Agricole Rum but instead of being dry and grassy it's a bit sweeter with a ton of floral notes The Honey Rhum is a little too floral on its own so I thought why not use a classic Ti' Punch template to help bring out those great flavours. I used a bit of Benedictine just to help balance out all the floral notes ", "undefined", "Honey Badger ",
