Out of their main three nectars, this one is probably closest to a regular simple syrup which is commonly used in so many cocktails. However, what differentiates this nectar from a simple syrup are the subtle stone fruit aromas, richer mouth feel and a slightly tangy taste. Perfect for cocktails.
