"This week we are collaborating with @domainesante and their delicious grape nectars. Made entirely of different grape varieties, these nectars don't contain any refined sugar, are certified vegan, and are made in a sustainable way right here in California.
We are starting with their 'original' blend, Bored-O-Blanc, which is made from Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon wine grapes.
Out of their main three nectars, this one is probably closest to a regular simple syrup which is commonly used in so many cocktails. However, what differentiates this nectar from a simple syrup are the subtle stone fruit aromas, richer mouth feel and a slightly tangy taste. Perfect for cocktails.
We decided to pair this bad boy with Mezcal, blood orange vermouth, tart cherry and ginger. The end result was nothing short of delicious 🤤",

Ingredients:
- Domaine Sante Bored-O Blanc Grape Nectar
- Mezcal
Instructions:
1. Put all ingredients into a shaker
2. Add ice and shake
3. Strain into a coupe
4. Garnish & Enjoy
