"Aquarian Martini | Crafted Pour"

"The season of Aquarius is a favorite of mine because my favorite person is an Aquarius. My love is the epitome of Aquarian— independent, intelligent, creative, unique, and refuses to be put into a category. Her favorite drink is a dirty gin martini, so I wanted to start there, but she told me that when I made an Aquarius cocktail, it had to be unexpected; that is something that all Aquarians have in common. So, here we go. French gin that has such an airy quality to the citrus notes that it almost evaporates in your mouth. Plain butterfly pea flower tea for a gorgeous, light color that harkens to the water-bearer and the amethyst birth stone. Blackberry brandy for that unexpected element rising from beneath as you finish your drink. All of this presented in a small form, because it will take you a lifetime to see the full scope of an Aquarian.", "undefined", "Aquarian Martini",

Ingredients: - Citadel French Gin - Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Instructions: Stir gin and tea with ice until cold. Spritz or rinse glass with vermouth and strain in. Using a dropper, drop in your brandy a drop at a time to enjoy the ripple effect it creates as it sinks to the bottom. If you don’t have a dropper, that’s fine— use your bar spoon and pour slowly down the twist to let it drip off the end into the glass. Finally, express your lemon over the top and garnish. Enjoy! Note: you can use a BLP-infused gin like Empress 1908,but as good as Empress gin is, it doesn’t have that same airy citrus quality that the French gins (like Citadel) have.
