"India Ap-Pale Espresso | Crafted Pour"

"My friend posted an apple and coffee cocktail recently which got me thinking about the flavor combo. Laird’s Bottled in Bond Apple Brandy is well aged and absolutely delicious, leaning toward baked apple flavors with some spice. Mr Black adds a hefty cold brew sweetness here paired with fresh (chilled) espresso. Adding to the complexity is another ingredient I’ve been looking forward to using for a while: IPA syrup. I’ve been trying to add beer cocktail to my repetoire so this was a logical next step for me with Lawson’s Finest Sip of Sunshine. I could’ve kept this 4 ingredients but Cynar and coffee is another favorite of mine so added some of the lovely artichoke amari to complete this one. Overall, I’m not a huge Espresso Martini person, but adding a few complex elements to it really elevates this drink to a new level. The coffee is the main note, the apple pretty far underneath, but you get that fruity flavor without pushing past the espresso. The IPA syrup comes in on the end, reminscent of a coffee stout, and turned out super delicious. ", "undefined", "India Ap-Pale Espresso",
