The first little cocktail kit I ever put together—for my buddy Brian's birthday last year. His favourite spirit is (or at least was at the time) Jameson, and I had been getting into infusions so I went from there.
Apple and cinammon in the whiskey with clove in the syrup give this buck a rich and flavoured base, with lengthening and spice coming from the ginger beer and bitters.

Ingredients:
- Apple & Cinnamon-infused Irish Whiskey
- Fresh Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients (except ginger beer) in a cocktail shaker. Shake well with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish.
