"Fog Cutter | Crafted Pour"

"Classically Tiki, straight outta, well, who really knows, this is the recipe from the Smuggler’s Cove book and we can leave the arguing about origins to others. My slight change is to the float, as I don’t have any sherry at the moment but I did decide to pick up sherry powerhouse Lustau’s Vermut that has a very sherry base. It worked wonderfully here, except it didn’t float! Oh well. This cocktail amps up complexity with the triple base spirit, two citruses and omnipresent orgeat and it sure does pack a punch! I don’t have a true Fog Cutter mug but I did pick up these hurricane glasses (maybe not really hurricanes cause of the sexy curves? I really don’t know) and it showcases the awesome color so I’m happy with the presentation. It’s too rare that I make a cocktail from Smuggler’s Cove and I’m so glad I did here. Cheers!", "undefined", "Fog Cutter",
