The Red Ant River Swizzle cocktail recipe couples mezcal with Absinthia Absinthe Superieure and mint for a luscious cocktail experience. Courtesy of Philip Ward of Mayahuel in New York City.
Ingredients:
- Mezcal
- Simple Syrup (Recipe)
Instructions:
Pour the mezcal, simple sugar, juice, and absinthe into a Pilsner glass. Add crushed ice and stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with the mint sprig.
