Seemed like a good opportunity for something with ice wine! It can be hard to find, so Sauternes is a good alternative, or any really sweet wine.
I also threw in some blue food dye for those icy cold vibes, as well as ginger syrup and tonic bitters for some bite!",

Ingredients:
- Ewing Young Mianda's Oregon Summer Gin
- Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Shake and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with ginger.
