Today we’re going to talk about a cocktail that I came up with that I think any tiki enthusiast would be happy to serve at their Easter dinner, the Easter Island Swizzle.

Ingredients:
- Tiki Lovers White Rum
- The Bitter Truth Apricot Liqueur
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients into a collins glass and give a light muddle. Fill the glass ¾ of the way up with pebble ice. Swizzle until the outside is cold and frosted. Top with more pebble ice. Top with a float of aromatic bitters. Garnish with a mint sprig.
