Ingredients: - Element Irish Whisky - Añejo Tequila Instructions: For the shrub: 37g raspberries 74g blueberries 111g strawberries 2 habaneros, chopped, no pith/seed (~10g) 111g white sugar \\\\ Combine, muddle, refrigerate overnight, strain. Add red wine vinegar to taste, about 70g. . For the drink: combine all ingredients, stir until chilled. Strain into glass, express orange peel oils and add to drink.
