A quick and refreshing green tea highball for our final weekend of summer. It’s a great use for a whiskey you love to sip.

Ingredients:
- Two Eagles Prospect Reserve Whiskey
- Green Tea
Instructions:
Fill a highball glass with a few larger ice- I’m using diamond shaped ice, but spheres, cubes, etc all work great. You could also use one long rectangular piece of ice. Add your bourbon, green tea with honey, and top with club soda. Garnish with mint and something colorful if you wish. I used a nasturtium for a pop of color. Enjoy.
