White whiskey gets infused with sun-dried tomato, garlic, basil , pepperoni and whole slices of pizza before being re-distilled.” For Cartoon Cocktail Saturday, this one hit me like a lighting bolt. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles meet cocktail of their dreams - a pizza flavored cocktail that has no business being as good as it is. This Michelada riff takes pizza pie’chuga and pairs it with citrus flavors to play on the acidity you get from tomato’s and brings a savory citrus sipper that would shell shock any Bloody Mary and send it packing.
