Ingredients:
- Any Smokey Whiskey
- Smith & Cross Jamaican Rum
Instructions:
Shake everything with ice and strain over fresh pebble or crushed ice. Serve with a straw and garnish with a mint sprig.
I used Swear Jar Canadian whiskey that I had “aged” for three weeks with a Splitrailz stick. Personally, I don’t feel like Splitrailz really make liquors taste expensive and “aged” like the company says, but I they do add a unique oaky/spicy taste to whatever you put them in, so I think they’re still a useful tool.
