Taste aside, what strikes me with having bourbon, mint and lime juice is how well the cucumber comes through in this cocktail despite those strong flavors. It’s almost as if the cucumber is highlighted. Positively surprised by that.
Ingredients:
- Bourbon
- Lime Juice
Instructions:
Muddle the cucumber in a shaker, add the rest of the ingredients and shake with some ice to chill. Double strain and serve with some cucumber and mint garnish!
