A Singapore Sling riff featuring some of the best flavours from the best producers that Newfoundland and Nova Scotia have to offer!

Ingredients:
- Cloudberry Gin
- Cherry Liqueur
Instructions:
Add all ingredients (except soda) to a cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes and shake well. Fine strain into a highball glass filled with cracked or cubed ice. Top with soda. Garnish with a lemon wedge and amarena cherry.
