Ingredients:
- Dillon's Small Batch/Maison Selby Honey-pineapple Gin
- Dillon's Niagara Peach Schnapps
Instructions:
Add lime juice and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker. Muddle lightly, then add remaining ingredients. Shake well with ice, then fine strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint leaf.
