"This is a re-stir of a friend’s drink on Instagram who taught me more about photography lighting in the last week then I’d learned up to this point. This drink is a “black negroni meets boulevardier” that really works with a touch of Branca and what be my favorite amaro, Ramazzoti. Gin and Rye make up a delightful split base and finished with Angostura and orange oil this cocktail was quite a delicious sip. Simple yet complex, overall delicious, and definitely something I would make again. The short stir is key, combining and chilling the ingredients but letting the aggressive flavors linger a bit to make a more pleasantly potent sip.",
