Originally created for a split-base cocktail competition, I used the Fog Cutter as a base. I kept the gin and brandy base, but wanted to swap out the orgeat for a different fat. So I took cream of coconut and used that.
What resulted was a hybrid of a Fog Cutter and Pina Colada, with measurements based on the Cobra's Fang.
Ingredients:
- Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac
- Ford's Gin
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin with crushed ice. Whip shake for 5-8 seconds. Open pour into glassware. Top with more crushed ice. Garnish and enjoy!
