The classic Kentucky Mule with an infusion of Newfoundland spirit.
Unlike most Canadian whiskies, the Signal Hill is a corn and barley mash, and aged in new oak, so it's a lot closer to a bourbon than a rye.
Ingredients:
- Bulleit Bourbon
- Signal Hill Canadian Whisky
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients (except ginger beer) in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well. Fine strain over ice in an Irving Oil “Newfie Bullet” commemorative highball glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
